- 3남한에 온지 16년 된 24살 영호는 보통 남한 사람이 되고 싶다. 그는 좋은 대학을 졸업하고 좋은 스펙으로 대산물산의 공채사원이 된다. 영호가 들어간 영업2팀에는 정규직 전환이 내정되었지만 영호로 인해 좌절된 하연주 인턴 사원이 있다. 한편 홍보팀에서는 ‘공채 지원하여 합격한 탈북자’로 영호를 인터뷰한다.
24 year-old Young Ho, who came to South Korea 16 years ago, dreams of becoming an ordinary South Korean. After graduating from a fine university with a splendid resume, he becomes a regular hire at Daesan Produce. At sales team #2 that Young Ho is assigned, there is an intern named Ha Yeon Ju, who lost her opportunity to become a regular hire because of Young Ho. Meanwhile, the promotional team interviews Youngho, a North Korean defector, who passed the open recruitment.
