- 3탈북한지 2년, 설지는 같은 탈북자 언니의 꽃집에서 일하며 열심히 사는 밝은 아가씨이다. 북에서 선전화를 그렸던 경험을 살려 그림 아르바이트를 하던 설지는 ‘홍대 벽화녀’로 뜬다. 퇴출 위기에 처한 방송 PD 신웅은 그녀를 알아보고 대박 다큐멘터리를 만들 욕심에 촬영을 제안하지만 솔지는 북에 계신 부모님이 걱정된다. 결국, 신분을 철저히 감춘다는 조건으로 촬영을 시작한다.
Seolji has been a defector for two years, and is a bright young lady who works hard in a flower shop. Seolji was a propaganda painter in North Korea and sometimes she paints a mural as a part-time job. Then one day, she appears as 'Hongdae Mural Woman'. Broadcasting station PD Shin woong, who is in a crisis of extinction, seeks to recognize her and make a big documentary, but she is worried about her parents in the north. Eventually, she allows shooting on condition that she does not reveal her identity.
